Struggles at Rome

Rome wasn't built in a day, and similarly Hunt the Front couldn't get Rome (Ga.) Speedway dialed in a day either.

The team rolled into the legendary Georgia oval on Saturday evening for the $10,000-to-win Thunder in the Mountain event.

Fifty-nine Crate Racin' USA Late Model entered the program and both Joseph Joiner and Jesse Enterkin got buried in qualifying and were unable to rebound. Both drivers saw their outing come to an end in a B-Main.
