Joiner attends Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series opener at TST

Joseph Joiner returned to the driver’s seat of the Langenfelder Mechanical Contractors No. 10 Late Model over the weekend as the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series season got underway with Saturday’s rain-shorted Bama Bash.

Drawing a stout field of 46 Super Late Model competitors, Joiner got buried in time trials and was never able to recover in his heat race and B-Main. Using a provisional into the $15,000-to-win main event, Joseph climbed five positions in the 50-lap affair to salvage an 18th-place outing.
