Joseph Joiner wraps up second season on Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at I-75 Raceway
Finishing up the sophomore season of the tour, Joseph Joiner and the Hunt the Front team checked into I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon for Championship Weekend with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.
Laying down the fifth-quickest lap in his qualifying group, Joiner went on to finish runner-up in his heat race and start fifth in the $10,000-to-win opener. Unfortunately, mechanical issues just before halfway forced him to pull off and record a 20th-place finish.
For Saturday's $20,000-to-win finale, Joiner was not able to find the same speed and finished 23rd in the 50-lap season finale.
